i'm terrified of being on camera.
oh mate, same. i hid from the camera for actual months. you don't have to do some big confident piece to camera on day one, god no. we start so small it's almost silly, and before you know it you're just... doing it. everyone's scared at the start. you're so normal.

how fast will i see results?
okay i'm not gonna lie to you, it's not a next-week thing. some bits click fast, but the big stuff builds over a few months, because that's just how brands work. my whole job is keeping you going through the slow bit so you don't quit right before it kicks off. which is exactly when people quit. don't be them.

how long do i get access? is it a membership?
